## How it works

Guests pick ingredients (noodles, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, meat, seafood), staff weigh the basket, then cook the bowl in a chosen broth in an open kitchen (about 4–6 minutes). Broth is free. Guests pay by ingredient weight: 90 KGS per 50 g, minimum 350 g (from 630 KGS). Three spice levels: mild, medium, spicy. Vegetarian possible with tomato broth.
